1. Order Processing Time
Because each mystery pack is carefully handpicked and curated to match your size and style preferences, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order before it ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the day your package is shipped, not the day the order is placed.

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7 to 10 business days.

Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please note that our store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@sofluxury.store. We will do our absolute best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
